The heavenly location of Kanyakumari is itself a great attraction. It lies at the confluence of the enchanting Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal. Kanyakumari Amman Temple
Built in honor of goddess Parvati, this temple boasts of magnificent mandaps, pillars and an arresting vimanam. Several festivals are celebrated here with great enthusiasm. It is believed that it is the sacred land where goddess Kanyakumari did penance to become the consort of lord Shiva.

Kanyakumari Beach
One of the most picturesque beaches of South India, Kanyakumari Beach  is very popular with tourists.

Vivekananda Rock Memorial
This is the sacred place where the revered social reformer Vivekanand meditated and found the truth. The monument built here in his memory offers breathtaking views of the beach.

Gandhi Memorial
Devoted to Mahatama Gandhi, this memorial was built at the site where the urn carrying his ashes was kept.

Shopping
